This great 60's vintage pencil skirt with the original tags still attached is tagged "Brigadier" by Pacific Mills Fabrics. The wiggle skirt is burgundy cotton blend and has a metal zipper down the back. The skirt has a fitted tailored style. It is marked a vintage size 10, but with its 25 inch waist, is closer to a current size 2. We consider the skirt to be in great vintage condition and is unworn. The measurements are:
