Vintage 1960s 1970s Mod Hippie Indie YOUNG EDWARDIAN Dress by Arpeja Size 7

This is a wonderful vintage dress by Arpeja in the Young Edwardian line, from the mid 1960s to early 1970s in a Small Size marked 7. This gorgeous dress is slit up each side 16 inches. The red dress material content is not marked, but my guess is that it is a cotton/polyester blend in a velour terrycloth blend, not one or the other, but a mix of the 2. There is a black embroidered flower cluster with cutouts at the left shoulder. The neckline and hem are trimmed in black embroidery. There are no holes, stains, or wear. We consider the condition to be excellent. The measurements are:
