This is a fabulous find, a vintage 1940's to 1950's Dale Evan's and Patsy Cline style Western outfit by California Ranchwear, Inc of Los Angeles. The tan color blouse and short gaucho pants are trimmed with a tan leather suded fringe and leaf cutouts. The shirt has metal snaps down the front and at the sleeve ends, and the gaucho pants have snaps at the waist with a metal zipper just below on the left side. The outfit is in an XS size and is marked a size 32. The outfit is in good condition with just a few flaws - there is a pencil mark on one of the sleeves - very faint, there is a fine slight single perspiration line about an inch and a half from the seam on each sleeve, but no stains. The fringe is starting to lose pieces in several places and the suede cutouts have a tear in a few of them. I know it sounds like alot in writing, but in person, it is really minor. No stains, holes or wear on the cloth - overall good condition. The measurements are:
