This is a 1940s to 1950s rockabilly swing skirt. It is made out of black velvet. It zips on the side with a metal zipper. The waist is 30 inches which should fit a size 8 to 10. There is a button on the fitted waist band. THe full skirt measures 184 inches around at the hem. The lenght of the skirt is 28 inches. There is a tiny repair that is not seen - was a tiny hole, but has been stitched up, few inches below the waist on the back. Otherwise, it is in very good condition.
