This is a great vintage 1950s dark forest green velvet ruched cinch belt. The belt has 4 rows of elastic, which creates 5 rows of ruching. There are 3 velvet covered buttons at the center that conceal the metal hook and clasps for attachment. The belt has elastic in it making it stretchable. The elastic is still in good condition. The only flaw is that there are 2 tiny rust dots on one of the velvet buttons. Without being stretched, the belt is 20 inches long, 31 inches stretched, and 2 1/2 inches wide. The condition is very good.
