This vintage pea coat from the 1960s is marked "The United States Naval Academy" made by Thorngate Uniforms Inc of Norristown, PA. This military pea coat is made of navy blue wool and is satin lined. It has shiny brass buttons with an eagle on a branch surrounded by stars. There are 2 spare buttons sewn in the lining. There are tabs on the shoulders where an officer's stripes can be held in place. There is a union workers label dating it to the 1960s. The coat is very heavy weighing in at 6 pounds boxed and ready to ship. The coat is in very good condition with no holes, stains or wear. The measurements are:
