This vintage fan is from the 1940s and is likely a World War II souvenir. The vintage hand fan has pricked wood spokes with a hand painted border in red, white and black. On the white section of the border are painted wine carafes or ceramic jars in gray, red, pink and black. The frame is an ivory material that looks like ivory, but is likely a type of plastic. There is a white tassel at the bottom. It is 8 1/2 inches high and 15 inches wide. The fan comes in its original box and both are in good condition.
