This is a 1930s vintage black crepe cocktail dress. The vintage wiggle dress is accented with a section of red velvet on the bodice and is outlined with gold embroidery and applique. It has a metal zipper along the left side seam. It will fit XS sizes, including size 1. There are spaghetti straps. The 30s skinny dress has a little stretch to the material, but will not add much to the size. There are a few very faint ink marks on the black velvet, but otherwise the condition is great - no stains, holes or wear. The measurements are:
Bust 33 inches Waist 24 inches Hips 37 inches Length 44 inches
