This is a gorgeous vintage 1980s strapless blue shimmery sharkskin short prom or cocktail dress by Victor Costa. The 80s party dress is marked a size 10. It has a built-in shelf strapless bodice with a crumb catcher style, which has an outer layer of fabric that encases the bodice with artfully placed folds and pleats, enhancing the bust line by adding volume and visual interest.. The bodice has 6 rows of stays or boning for support. The empire waist is ruched. The skirt has an inverted pleat in the front with rosettes showing through. There is a zipper down the back.
