Vintage 1920's Beaded Flapper Dress

This vintage 1920's flapper dress is accented with hand stitched beads and embroidery. The 20's dress is made of a black silk crepe primarily with royal blue trim and dickie style blouse that has a tan back. The embroidery is tan and the beads are white. There are beautifully made rhinestone studded buttons in the same blue and tan as in the trim. There is a tie sash that has black crepe on one side and blue silk on the other. The flapper dress buttons down the front and has 6 metal hooks on the side. The sleeve cuffs have metal snaps. The are 2 minor flaws - there is a slight fade on the blue silk at the left sleeve cuff. One of the buttons is missing at the top of the dress, but the scarf hangs down and covers it up. Otherwise, the dress is in very good vintage condition, with no stains, holes, or wear. If I had to state a size, I would say it will fit 6 and 8. Even the bust and waist size are larger, the shoulder size is that of smaller sizes. The measurements are:
