This is a beautiful vintage 1980s black and white chiffon cocktail short swing dress by Positively Ellyn. It is marked a size 4. The top is lined except for the sleeves and the skirt has 3 layers including a crinoline slip that is sewn in place. The dress buttons down the front with square brass buttons and the same buttons are at each sleeve cuff. There are large shoulder pads. The dress is in excellent vintage condition. The measurements are:
BUST 36 inches WAIST 28 inches HIPS 48 inches LENGTH 35 inches
