This is a beautiful vintage late 1930s to early 1940s white linen day dress that buttons down the front bodice with mother of pearl buttons and has a side seam metal zipper. The dress was in a trunk dated summer of 1938 along with several other dresses from this same period. There are 7 mother of pearl buttons down the front of the bodice. There are 2 small breast pockets on the bodice. There are pin tuck pleats at the front of the shoulders and across the upper back. The condition is very good. The dress should fit a modern size 6 to 8. The measurements are:
BUST 38 inches WAIST 28 inches HIPS 38 inches LENGTH 38 inches
