This is a vintage floral cotton blend dress that is identical to the dresses from the 1940s, except for the elastic waist, which indicates that it was made in the 1970s, when alot of the 40s fashion was duplicated. The dress was made by California Looks. The dress is a pretty blue floral and is a linen and cotton blend. There are large shoulder pads and 3/4 length sleeves. The dress can be machine wash and dry. It is marked a size 8P. There is a matching belt. The dress is in EXCELLENT CONDITION and has no wear and no flaws.
