This is vintage 1960s to 1970s hippie mod maxi dress by J C Penney. There is a long metal zipper at the center of back. The material at the top is black rayon crepe. The lower portion is a thick cotton print in red, blue, black with neon green and pink, turquoise, and white. The dress is marked dry clean. The size is not marked, but the measurements are that of a modern size 14. The dress is in VERY GOOD CONDITION and has no flaws. The measurements are:
BUST 41 inches WAIST 32 inches HIPS 54 inches SHOULDERS 17 inches SLEEVES 22 inches LENGTH 55 inches
