This is an antique Victorian to Edwardian cotton petticoat from the late 1800s to early 1900s. The petticoat is white cotton and is accented with 2 different types of lace and pin tuck pleats. It has 2 ties at the waist to secure it in place. There are no buttons or snaps needed due to the tie waist. The petticoat has eyelet lace at the hem. There is a row of another of type of lace 13 inches above the hem. In between the 2 rows of lace are 9 horizontal rows of pin tuck pleats. There are a few minor flaws - 3 or 4 tiny pea size holes, a one inch tear, and some light rust marks. Otherwise, the petticoat is in good vintage condition and is strong, durable, and wearable.
