This is a vintage 1970s forest green and white polka dot maxi dress. The dress has the measurements of a modern size 8, but is marked a vintage size 11. The material has a dark forest green background with small white polka dots. I am not certain if the material is nylon or polyester, but it has a slick texture and is lightweight. The white shoulder straps are adjustable and button on to the dress. The dress is in very good vintage condition. The measurements are:
