This is a beautiful pair of vintage 1940s dark brown leather designer shoes/pumps. The shoes are marked by designer Margaret Jerrold on one shoe and the other shoes says "Bob Ellis Charleston, South Carolina", which is I believe the store that the shoes were sold. On the bottom, the shoes are marked 5 1/2 M. The inside length is 9 1/4 inches and the width is 2 3/4 inches. The clip or decoration is a metal cable knotted into an attractive shape. The shoes are in very good condition.
