This is a beautiful black cocktail dress covered with glass bugle and sead beads by Gopal, from the 1980s. The dress is covered with beads, particularly at the neck, hem and sleeve ends. The top layer is a silk chiffon that the beads are sewn on and the lining is a silky polyester. The dress is marked a small. The label reads "Mark & John by Gopal". The dress has a zipper in the back center. It is 39 inches long and the measurements are 35 - 30 - 36, which are the measurements of a modern size 4 to 6. The dress is not missing any beads and is in very good condition.
