Vintage 40s 50s NWT Van Heusen Blue Shirt Sz L/XL

This is a Vintage 1940s to 1950s mens light blue cotton button down shirt by Van Heusen. It is a Large size and is marked 16, with a small 2 beside of it, which I think means 16 1/2. The shirt is still in the original package and is unworn. The cardboard section that was in the package shows great vintage advertising. The buttons are Mother of Pearl. The shirt is in excellent vintage condition. The measurements are:

Chest 50 inches       Shoulders 20 inches       Length 32 inches 

  Neck 16 1/2 inches                   Sleeves 23 inches
