This is a beautiful vintage 1920s ruched blue velvet flapper cloche hat. The hat is lined with a black material. All of the ruched pleats are made by carefully stitching each in place. There is a velvet covered button at the center of the top. There are no tags. The crown depth is 6 inches. The hat size is 21 3/4 to 22 inches. The hat is in very good vintage condition.
