Vintage 40s 50s Blue Strapless Swim Suit Halter Top

This is a vintage 1940s to 1950s light blue strapless bathing suit top, that can double as a halter top. It has elastic in the top seam and is fitted at the bottom. The back has 2 white plastic buttons and buttonholes for attachment. There are no tags. I believe the material is probably rayon, because it has a line texture like rayon grosgrain ribbon, but has the softness of cotton, so it could be a blend. The fitted band is 24 1/2 inches around. The elastic top band will stretch comfortably to 35 inches and the middle of the top will fit up to 34 inches. It is in very good vintage condition and has no holes, stains, or wear.
