This is a vintage 1940s black crepe dress by designer Kay Carter. The dress has a metal zipper along the left side seam. It has 3/4 length sleeves. The material is a black rayon crepe. There are 2 pockets on the front. The dress is accented with 2 tone black buttons around the neck in the front and on each front pocket. The dress is in Very Good Condition. The measurements are:
