This is a beautiful vintage 1930s close fitting black velvet hat with Art Deco accents. The designer tag says "Original Lady Dianne Paris New York". It is stamped inside of the hat "Argence Made in France". The hat is accented with black shiny round bakelite pieces that have clear rhinestones accenting each Bakelite piece. (I did the scrubbing bubbles test to detect Bakelite). The hat has a flexible wire frame. It is marked a size 23, but because of the flexible frame, it also fits size 22. The hat is in EXCELLENT CONDITION and has no flaws.
