Vintage 30s 40s Ivory Silk Crepe Blouse

This is a beautiful ivory silk crepe 1930s to 1940s blouse with lace trim and pearl buttons. The blouse has lace trim around the collar and on either side of the buttons down the front. There are small shoulder pads sewn in place. The buttons are the old style pearl with the metal loop that attaches to the blouse. The blouse was part of an old estate that was full of 1920s to 1940s clothing. The clothes were sold in the attic with the 1880s house 15 years ago. The current owners contacted me to list them and what a find they are. This blouse is freshly washed and in Very Good Condition. The only flaw is a tiny pencil mark, but it is covered up by the flap of material that is on top of the buttons. The condition is very good and there are no stains, tears, holes, or odor. The blouse does have a fairly small fitted collar - I was not able to button both of the neck buttons on my mannequin. The neck measurements are exactly 12 inches. The other measurements are:
