This is a beautiful vintage ivory silk girdle slip combination called "Garta Slip" by Youth Form. It is from the 1920s to 1930s. The size marked is 36. The half slip has 2 girdle sections, one on each side, from the waist to the hip. The inserts are floral lace and are probably an elastic base, although the content is not marked. The rest of the slip is probably silk. It is trimmed with lace at the hem. The slip is in VERY GOOD CONDITION and shows no wear. There are 3 period size dots on the slip - 2 look like pencil and they are at the front band. The 3rd period size dot is 8 inches below the waistband on the back. I have not cleaned it. The silk and elastic are in Exceptional Condition and look as if they were made today. The measurements are:
