This is a gorgeous vintage 1980s cocktail or prom dress by Pantagis in a size 7/8. The dress is strapless and is made of black velvet with a crinolin layer in the skirt and a black acetate or silk lining. The dress is 42 inches long, measuring from the top of the bodice to the hem. The bodice has 2 rows of boning or metal stays in the front. The hemline is 120 inches around. The measurements are 35 1/2 - 30 - 60. The dress is in VERY GOOD CONDITION and has no stains, tears, wear or fading. The crinoline makes the dress very full and it will require a box for shipping, so the shipping cost takes that into the weight.
