This is a vintage early 1900s Edwardian era off white sheer netting blouse with a "parfait waist", made by "Stern Brothers", in a "size 38". The label inside of the blouse calls this blouse a parfait waist and is marked as a size 38. The blouse has 2 rows of boning - one on each shoulder. There are 12 metal hook and eye closures down the center of the back and the waist has a satin drawstring. The sleeves are 3/4 length. There are 8 stitched circular rows around the neck and one row that has an open stitch closest to the collar. There are 2 rows of open stitching towards each sleeve cuff on the arms. The only flaws are 2 two millimeter size holes on the front and one on the shoulder. From the top of the collar to the hem, the shirt is 20 inches long in the front and 18 inches long in the back. The bust is 37 inches, the waist is 36 inches, and the shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 15 inches. The blouse is in good condition.
